SMS Terms

These terms apply to hiLina Cash Alerts, the text message program operated by X HACK LLC for hiLina customers.

1.What the program sends

hiLina Cash Alerts sends account alerts about your company's cash position: an alert when your cash runway moves to a different tier or your cash crosses your cash floor, and a short weekly status update. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

2.How you opt in

You opt in inside the hiLina app by entering your mobile number and checking a box that is not pre-checked, agreeing to receive recurring automated alerts at that number. hiLina asks for this during account setup. Opting in is optional: it is not required to create an account or use hiLina, and you can skip it during setup and turn text alerts on or off later from Text alerts.

3.Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies: typically one weekly update, plus an alert when your cash position changes. Message and data rates may apply.

4.Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and then send no further messages unless you opt in again.

5.Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email founders@lrivp.com.

6.Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

7.Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the hiLina Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
